PRESENTATION OF THE FIRM

Multinational Immigration Canada is a Canadian firm of consultants and services in immigration and naturalization. Its constitution is incorporated under the provincial law of Quebec. Multinational Immigration Canada deals exclusively with matters related to immigration and Canadian citizenship.

The firm (MIC) is headed by Mr. HAIJE Noureddine, who acts as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), Permanent Member of the Canadian Immigration Consultants Regulatory Council (CRCIC), Member in good standing with the Quebec Register of Recognized Consultants with Immigration Quebec. Mr. HAIJE Noureddine is also a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).

In addition Mr. HAIJE Noureddine worked within the External Advisory Committee on the supervision of immigration consultants led by the former Minister of Citizenship and Immigration Canada, the Honorable Denis Coderre, by contributing to the report of suggestion of the rules governing the profession of immigration consultant.

Furthermore Mr. HAIJE Noureddine is a Commissioner of Oaths authorized by the Ministry of Justice of Quebec to the judicial districts of Quebec and the rest of Canada.

It is important to note that the Canadian Immigration Consultants Regulatory Council (CRCIC) is a professional organization created by a law of the Government of Canada to regulate the profession of immigration consultants.

In this regard, the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations stipulate that only immigration representatives who are members in good standing of the Canadian Immigration Consultants Regulatory Council (CICRC); lawyers who are members in good standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society and notaries who are members in good standing of the Chamber of Notaries of Quebec are authorized to represent clients and their cases before the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Regardless of the immigration consultant you choose, it is imperative that he or she be a member of an organization or professional order recognized by the Government of Canada.
